Our weekly worship is Thursday nights at 6:30, and takes place in the context of a meal, as seems to have been the practice of early Christians.
Of course everything is different in 2020, and we are trying to create a way to gather together, hear the word of good news, and pray, while also loving our neighbors by taking care to not create conditions for spread or outbreak of Covid-19.
For that reason, we will be pulling chairs out and worshiping outside for now, in front of the Campus Religious Center. We will ask that we keep 6 feet of distance and wear masks when not eating or drinking. We will also refrain from singing together at this time, although it really pains us, but we will have music to listen to. We are also trying to keep our gathered time relatively short.
But we will gather and encourage one another, hear and reflect on God’s good news, and pray for one another and for the world.
