Every Monday night while school is in session, we host a free community meal at 6:30 PM at our building, the Campus Religious Center. We serve up delicious home-cooked food, with plenty of love in the recipes (and fresh produce from our garden when it’s in season!)
For now, (fall of 2021) we will have outdoor dining in front of the CRC. We will also have to-go containers for those who wish to take their food with them.
Who should come? Students, Faculty, Staff, Neighbors, Friends, Strangers, People of any faith, People of no faith, People with homes, People experiencing homelessness, People who have enough to eat, People who don’t have enough to eat. This is an open table, for everyone!
We love just getting together with people, sharing good food, and getting to know one another. We purposely don’t have any specific faith programming on Monday nights, but for us the meal is inspired by the way that Jesus loved to feed people, to eat with everyone, and to bring people together.
